Teqnio Facade Solution proudly contributed to the iconic City Life at Ajman development, providing advanced structural and spider glazing solutions. Our team worked closely with the project to deliver a seamless, modern facade that highlights both elegance and functionality.Using cutting-edge structural glazing, we created a sleek, minimalistic exterior that allows for expansive glass panels, maximizing natural light and offering unobstructed views. The spider glazing system was implemented to achieve a striking visual appeal with its unique, frameless design, supported by stainless steel spider fittings, providing both strength and aesthetic appeal.
Our commitment to precision and quality ensured that the glazing not only enhances the building’s architectural beauty but also meets stringent safety and performance standards. The city life at ajman stands as a testament to our expertise in delivering innovative and high-performance facade solutions.
Our Client’s Challenge
Developing and maintaining transformation programs in finance, logistics/supply chains, information technology, training and procurement to help foster cost effectiveness and efficiency without the loss of Defense capability. Taking advantage of opportunities to help reduce costs while maintaining operational capability through partnerships.
Our Approach And Solution
The expansion includes eight additional wide-body gates, four jet bridge gates and four remote stand operation bus gates to increase capacity in the international terminal. The new restaurants and bars, retail areas, digital art and pet relief area improve the passenger experience. An iconic showpiece within the expansion is an island forest, complete with three live hemlock trees and contained within an open-air glass atrium.
